If you’re here to visit my stomping grounds, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! I’m Fort Worth born & raised and lived in Dallas for a few years after I graduated college. While we now reside in Fort Worth, I love both equally for completely different reasons. Fort Worth is my home and it’s incredibly laid-back, while having a style of its own. If you prefer to wear jeans and booties to dinner and chat with everyone you see, I say head to Fort Worth. If you prefer dresses to denim and want to window shop in some of the chicest stores, run to Dallas. Paul and I love to head to Dallas for date nights and shopping and spend our afternoons strolling around Fort Worth. Let me know if you try any of these spots and what you think!

Love this! Any suggestions for a Dallas or Ft. Worth Bachelorette party? I live about two hours north and we’ll be headed down for a big bash in a few months. We’re stumped! Thanks for your help!
Heading to Dallas from Nebraska in 2 weeks for a girl’s weekend and loving the suggestions – perfect timing 🙂
Thanks!
If you like Spice you definitely need to try Tie Thai. It’s the best Thai food in Fort Worth. It’s in Houston St. downtown. BYOB if you’re going to eat there.
I used your guide when I was in Fort Worth last weekend and it was so helpful!! Let me just start by saying Joe T. Garcia’s is amazing! Fell in love with Fort Worth doing all the things you recommended and am now looking at moving there! So thank you!
