In the spirit of fun, button blouses like in yesterday’s post, I thought I’d style one today! Meet the Magnolia Lace Button Blouse from Draper James. If you’ve followed along for a bit you know I met Reese Witherspoon last year at her Draper James store in Dallas. She was the ultimate sweetheart, which I loved! However, this is my first Draper James piece to style, so I went for an option that fit two needs:

1. The lace detailing makes it very breathable so when it’s extremely humid here I won’t feel miserable!

2. I wanted it to have buttons so I could easily nurse!

If bell sleeves are more of your thing, it comes in this option as well. It is almost sold out so if you’re a size 2, snag it up lucky duck!

I paired it with white jeans because I’m brave 😉 but also because I wanted my lip color to be the focal point. I told y’all I’m so obsessed with the Stila liquid lipsticks. This one is in the color Beso. I feel like liquid lipsticks have spoiled me because I go to put on regular lipstick and I’m like, “What is this see-through garbage?!” bahaha! I know some people don’t care for the dryness of liquid lipsticks and that isn’t their cup of tea, but it never really bothers me. A little trick for making liquid lipsticks less drying is to dab the center of your lips with a teeny tiny bit of coconut oil once the lipstick is applied. It will moisturize your lips where liquid lipstick tends to be most dry, but also won’t smear the color like a full application of gloss would.

Also, don’t ask me any questions about The Bachelorette just yet! I didn’t get to watch it last night so I am staying off all social media until I catch up! 😉
