Last Thursday I was able to attend a media brunch for Kendra Scott. I don’t get to sneak away for too many outings these days, so it was the perfect afternoon to catch up with my Dallas girlfriends and take a sneak peek at some upcoming launches! With an Austin, Texas residence, Kendra Scott has definitely become a household name in our great state. I mean the entire country loves the girls’ jewels, but I feel maybe us Texas girls are a little partial to her- like she was in our sorority or something?! 😉 Or maybe that’s just me, I did have my bachelorette party there after all…{side note, YES you can do this and YES it was fabulous!}

From a personal standpoint, I love the brand because they really exemplify standards of philantrophic efforts and putting family first. Each and every time they send us press releases or host media events, they ask us what charities we are drawn to and what THEY as a company can do to give back to them.

While her jewels hit all of our wish lists, the heart of the company is what keeps me as a loyal fan and customer. Which is why I’ve partnered with them to show off the spring and summer collections.

Chances are, you might have already seen the Kendra Scott Spring Collection. Blake Lively wore the Diane Earrings and the entire company sold out. So I guess if we have to be mad at someone, Serena van der Woodsen is someone we can be tiffed at.

The Justyne Statement Earring started my obsession with the spring collection, then I fell in love with the Diane after seeing my girlfriend, Ashley, wear the abalone pair. My mom purchased the Aragon in the Bronzed Veined Turquoise and my sister grabbed the Gail Y Necklace.

You may already have your hands on this collection or you may have just seen it in store, but regardless I thought it would be fun to share my top picks you’ll wear throughout the year.

Katey’s Top Picks from Kendra Scott Spring 2018

1. Diane Earring: While these are sold out online, a little birdie told me there *should* be a restock soon! Your local store our boutique may carry them or you may have already picked these up when they launched. I don’t think we can argue them when they are Blake Lively approved.
2. Gail Y-Necklace: While many of us think of statement earrings when we think of spring and summer, but y-necklaces come to my mind. They’ve become so popular the past few seasons and don’t scream trendy. If you have a more simplistic style, these would be right at home in your jewelry box.
3. Emmett Statement Earring: These are extremely light and have a boho feel to them with the smooth gold texture. I would pair these with minimal makeup, a messy pony and a bright lip.
4. Tiana Pinch Bracelet: I was drawn to these from the aspect that they look like you’ve collected them over the years. Maybe you picked up a thin one from vacation and the thicker one out shopping with friends. The cohesive set matches, but it doesn’t seem overly fussy or styled. I love the rose gold option, as well.
5. Paula Long Pendant: I actually just gave this necklace to my hairdresser as a gift last week! She loved how unique it was and I thought it’s a nice addition to dress up a more simple dress for a date night or wedding.
