Let’s talk my favorite weekend activity: brunch. This top is probably my favorite from the new collection and I could see you all pairing it with black cropped pants and a fabulous suede pump by Marc Fisher come Monday morning. For your weekend look, I tucked this top into cut-off denim and added a choker-style necklace {coming soon!}. Add in a white handbag {mine is sold out, this is similar}, and statement slides. I’d also take this top and tuck it into a bright pink skirt if I had a baby shower or something a little dressier for the weekend. This print can be treated like leopard which is a neutral in my book. 😉

I think couples showers are getting more and more common- especially with the arrivals of some of my friends’ second babies. Dads want in on the fun, too! Traditionally, those are a little less dressy but I still want something a step above my usual denim look. I categorized this look as perfect for a baseball game, but let’s just call this the outdoor event option. From a game to an arts festival, this look is bright and still keeps you cooled down in the summer heat. I love this punchy red blouse for work in the summer and then it works just as well with denim for the 4th of July! I tucked it into my jeans and added a belt with wedges, but you could do simple sandals or white sneakers if that is more your style.

Lastly, this black floral blouse paired with white accessories makes for a great church option. A wide-legged crop jean will make any denim look automatically more dressy, but the loafer slides make it easy to chase your toddlers around.
