Pajamas | In partnership with Cuddl Duds. All opinions are my own!
As a mom, you can probably get two loads of laundry folded, e-mails answered, the dog taken out, toys cleaned, the dishwasher unloaded, breakfast made, a thank-you note written, and beds put back together all before 7 am. But changing out of pajamas? Forget about it. 😉 Well… for me at least! ha.
If you’re anything like me, these weeks at home have had you organizing your pajama and loungewear drawer more than ever. Maybe it’s the combination of nesting and preparing for postpartum or the fact I don’t want to get dressed up EVERY day during this season, but I’ve sorted, folded, and assessed each pair of pajamas I own. One pair that I absolutely love for pregnancy or NOT pregnant is from Cuddl Duds and is available for an amazing deal at QVC today only!
It’s a rare occasion my husband comments on what I’m wearing. It’s an even more rare occasion when he comments on my pajamas. What makes these special? They feel like velvet mixed with butter. I know it’s redundant to call pajamas soft, I mean isn’t every pair we purchase soft and cozy? These are by Cuddl Duds and I kid you not, once you try these you’ll be wondering why you called any other pair in your dresser soft. You all know I’m very specific on things like blankets, sheets, pillows…and yes, you guessed it. Pajamas.
A few more things to note about this brand:
- You can dry these! Many pajamas, you need to hang dry. But then you can be left with wrinkled pajamas and who wants that? You can machine wash and tumble dry these, which always makes laundry easier in my opinion. When out of time, 2ULaundry can come to rescue and wash your dirty clothes.
- They are cool and airy. If you live in a hot and humid climate like I do, that is important to you in the summer. But even more importantly, it’s a necessity postpartum! If you know a pregnant mama, get her these! Not only do they have amazing stretch to fit over a bump, but they are also a lovely pajama option for postpartum because when the inevitable hormonal night sweats come {I know, I know, not fun to talk about!} these will keep her comfortable!
- The tops don’t “scream” that you are wearing pajamas. I know I joked that I rarely make it out of pajamas before 7 am, but it’s true. If I take Peaches on a walk, if I do a Facetime call with a friend in the morning, or even if I stay in pajamas until early morning, these don’t look or feel like traditional button-up pajamas. That may or may not be important to you, but I like that if I answer my door I don’t feel too sloppy. The top is just a smooth, soft tee, so it can be a little more subtle that it is loungewear. ha!
- The sizing is forgiving. Ordering pajamas online can be a little tricky. Do they run true to size? Should you size up for a comfortable fit? If you size down will they shrink in the dryer? Everyone has their personal preference in terms of fit, and these are quite forgiving. I’m wearing a small in these pajamas and am 34 weeks pregnant this weekend, but the same size would work perfectly not pregnant. They have great stretch!
Today they are on QVC {you know, one of my favorite guilty pleasures} as their today’s special value deal for $29.97. They normally retail for around $43.
I personally own two pairs and am going to order a pair for my mom for Mother’s Day! If you know a newly expecting friend, I’d grab her an extra pair during this deal to spoil her for Mother’s Day as well. Because not much is better in life than pajamas that feel like velvet and butter, am I right, ladies?!
You look great, Katey! The pyjamas look so comfy! ❤️✨
