It’s September, which basically means it is Halloween, which means we can start watching holiday movies. 😉 Ha! Anyone else obsess over the end of the year? September always marks this beautiful transition to temps under 100 {Texans will take it!}, routines with school, and family-filled weekends tailgating.

I quickly wanted to take a second to recap your top buys from August on the blog!

Candle Stand

Add a few to your gift closet because this little clawfoot dish makes a lovely birthday gift. Pair it with their favorite candle or yours. I have been keeping mine by our kitchen sink the past few weeks, but it can also be styled on top of a coffee table book, next to your jewelry box, or in your bathroom.

Green Sweater

Green is a major trend for fall {and clogs, are you shocked?!} and this knit cardigan is under $20 so you can easily try it. I recommend pairing it with oversized boyfriend jeans as it is a bit more fitted. I took my normal size.

Name Wetbag

I’ve had these name wetbags since Maxi was a baby, but if you caught my car tote stories, you see how I love to incorporate them in my organization. The regular size is our most used, but these would make *such* a thoughtful baby shower gift if you are on the hunt for a little something extra to add to a registry gift! A mama will use these for a change of clothes, organization, snacks, and more.

Sweatshirt

I clearly never intended on sharing this photo, I had snapped it to send to my sister to tell her I wasn’t ready for something- but this sweatshirt simply needed to be shared. I’m always on the hunt for the perfect oversized sweatshirt as I’m home in one most of the time. 😉 I wanted one of the Sloppy Joe’s ones but they sell out within 5 minutes every time! Anyways, this Target one is a bit more cropped but the shape of it and style is perfect! You want to size up in it, I took a medium, and I want to order it in the navy color as well!

Sweater Vest

Another key trend of fall 2021? Sweater vests! I styled mine over a white dress and you can see it in this blog post here. The sweater is one size, I believe it says 0 online, but it’s just one size and oversized.

Down to Tone Toner

I’ve shared before about Lotion P50 and if you aren’t familiar, it is an exfoliating toner that celebrities swear by! Depending on size you buy, it is also $100+. This is a cleaner “dupe” for lotion p50. It’s $22, and not only can you feel it working, you see it working by evening skin tone. You use 2-3x a week after you cleanse at night.
