I love giving gifts. I love wrapping them. I love writing cards filled with little inside jokes and memories. Seriously, Christmas is like my Super Bowl. 

Shopping for my boyfriend? ehhh….

It might be attributed to the fact I am dating the most selfless human being ever. I’ll always ask him, “I’m running to Target is there anything you need or want?” I’ll expect him to say, “Oreo’s and peanut butter” because I never have groceries at my house and he always turns it back around on me! 

He’ll say, “Oh, well while you’re out go get a manicure I already called xyz and paid for it.” 

Who does that?! 

His parents raised him extremely well and I love it 363 days out of the year, but birthday and Christmas shopping for him is near torture. He never asks for anything and never wants anything. I’ll start to feel like a mom that is out shopping for her teenage son and I think I’m going to embarrass him with anything I buy! I’m the girl in the men’s department saying, “Umm..is this a cool brand?” 

So when I find a brand he loves, I stick with it. And by stick with it, I mean he will probably get this for the next 25 years. 

He likes:

–Henleys [I had no idea a human could love them so much…]

–Dress shirts [He firmly believes you only need work and golf clothes.]

–Denim [If I do round him up to the mall he always wants to “look at” jeans.]

–Blazers [Back to his belief of work and golf clothes only.]

So a brand he loves? Mizzen + Main

Mizzen + Main is an American brand that specializes in henleys, dress shirts, denim and blazers. Match made in heaven. There is no dry cleaning necessary [Dallas dry cleaning is beyond absurd] and their light fabric makes them travel extremely well. Paul is an auditor so he lives at the client, meaning I don’t see him. They are a really unique American brand that reminds me of Chuck Bass meeting a sweet southern boy. 

The other great part? I can steal the clothes, too. I styled a henley above and it is such a comfortable go-to look. 

Because Paul loves this brand and I love anything that makes Christmas shopping for him easy, I am partnering with them for a “Gift Your Guy” event.
