I can’t tell if fall is on my mind with dark nail polish or if I’m still in summer mode with fun tassel earrings, but either way I don’t mind. I was getting my nails painted before our vacation and I had to give myself a 5-minute pep talk convincing myself not to do black or navy nail polish. I kept reaching for favorites like Lincoln Park After Dark and Russian Navy, but eventually talked myself off the dark-hue ledge. A girl likes what a girl likes! I normally would say, “Forget it is 100 degrees outside, do what you like!” but I knew my mom wouldn’t be too pleased since we were taking our Christmas card picture during vacation. And if there is one thing I care more about my own personal preferences, it would be my mother’s! haha!

I love number 2 and number 9. That mustard blazer – it’s a colour I’ve never seen before on such a piece, but it’s so cute!

I’ve totally been wanting to reach for the dark nail colors lately and have had to talk myself out of it! I desperately wanted a deep maroon this week but we have a wedding in California this weekend and I knew it just wouldn’t work, but next week? Next week is a different story 😉
Hiii I am sorry this totally unrelated, but if I’m not mistaken you said you’re in Colorado? We are going next month for a wedding and my daughter will be almost 5 months and I also have a 3 year old. I am worried about elevation sickness and was wondering if your daughter was at all affected? We will be in Denver and Breckinridge and have never been to Colorado so I’m just trying to mentally prepare I suppose lol.
