Prints. Pop of color. Plenty of texture. An outfit blog post. Is this COF 2014 all over again?

Ha! All joking aside, I wanted to share an outfit diary post that just made me happy. My style has evolved a bit since the beginning of the blog, but I’ll always have a sense of giddiness over layering statement pieces I adore. While the base of it is neutrals, the texture and prints give the look the right amount of sass and I’m here for it.

I’m a sundress girl through and through. I’d rather figure out how to navigate nursing in a dress than suffocate in jeans all day. Anyone else?! This babydoll dress is light enough for a humid summer, but can easily be styled for spring with a denim jacket. It’s a polka dot piece that can take you from pizza dates to pool time, when used as a coverup. It is also lined, so it’s not a flimsy little sundress by any means! I took a size small. My denim jacket is older, but this amazon find is similar. The amazon jacket fits TTS, or this boutique number is a great option, as well. P.S. if you order the flats {or the look-for-less version} go up half a size as they are mules.
